Winning the tender for supply of muffle furnace

At the end of April 2016 the company "Bortek" won the tender for the supply of muffle furnace SNO-2.3.1,3/11 to the Shostka city. 
The furnace is designed for thermal treatment small-sized products.High quality materials stability combined with a high heating rate and various heat treatment regimes makes this furnace is universal for all kinds of industrial processes. Electric furnace is easy to operate and is an indispensable tool in research and laboratory experiments.

Technical characteristics of the furnace:

• Working chamber dimensions (LxWxH), mm - 200 × 300 × 130
• Maximum temperature - 1100 ° C
• Mass of product, which is subject to heat treatment - up to 10 kg
• Uniformity of the temperature distribution in furnace workspace ± 2 °C

Muffle furnace will be sent to the largest and the only one manufacture for production of means for blasting. This manufacture is included in the list of enterprises of strategic importance to the economy and security of Ukraine.
