Parameters of the electric furnace can be changed upon agreement with the Customer.
Technical description: Laboratory electric furnace СНО-2.4.2/11 И2 is equipped with an automatic temperature control system based on solid-state non-contact relays and a microprocessor-based programmable temperature controller that sets the temperature, time to reach the mode and time spent on the mode. It is possible to install a temperature controller with access to a computer and/or implementing complex heat treatment modes (up to 12 steps “heating - shelf”). The control panel is located at the bottom of the furnace. Heaters are installed on the tubes in the slots of the side walls of the furnace and in the hearth. The furnace is lined with modern energy-saving microporous and fibrous materials. Ceramic tiles are placed in the bottom. There are inlet and outlet air vents with stoppers to remove possible gas emissions during heat treatment.

It is possible to delivery of welded pallet of heat-resistant steel, 3 mm thick with stiffeners and thermal compensation cuts. |
