Purpose of Equipment:
• Annealing - to relieve internal strain and increase the toughness;
• Quenching with higher cooling rate - increases the strength, wear resistance and hardness of the metal. Quality of quenching depending on the heating rate, temperature, holding time and cooling rate of the product (workpiece), which is heated;

Temperature regulator ТРП-08-ТП
(by default) 

Electric oven operation is controlled by a digital temperature regulator type ТРП-08-ТП (by default), and ТРП-09-ТП.
 
Temperature regulator type ТРП-08-ТП (by default) allows You to set one-step heat treatment program.
 
Programmer temperature regulator type ТРП-09-ТП allows You to organize Input, Working off and Storing 5 independent programs; rise time (lowering) the temperature and time maintaining the temperature at each step (ramp function). Total of 16 steps.
 
All current programs and settings the device is stored in nonvolatile memory. Thermocouple brand ТХА is used as a temperature sensor. When ordering, You can set the temperature regulator with programmer (ТРП-09-ТП), which sets the heating program up to 12 temperature regimes, heating rate and the cages holding time.

Electric furnace control system further provides:

•  Turning off the power of heaters when you open the door (physical open circuit);
•  Protection against short-circuit and longer overcurrent;
•  Protection from accidental overheating during incorrectly specified temperature;
•  electric furnace power units are managed by means of contactless semiconductor switches, that includes the maintenance of the power key and ensures quiet operation of the furnace.


When ordering, You can set the temperature control with programming device, which can set the heating program up to 12 temperature regimes, the heating rate and holding time of product (workpiece), which is heated. Automatic temperature control range from 40°C to 1360°C.

The heating elements can be open or closed:

Closed heaters are placed inside the muffle, which are heated to the required temperature. Heaters specially established under the protection of the muffle in order to harmful substances, that are released during the high temperature processing, do not cause corrosion. Also, the presence of the muffle, the main furnace working space, protects the heaters from being hit or touch them the product, which is processed. And the product (workpiece), which is heated will be warmed up without scale.
  

Open heaters more quickly warm up the furnace and evenly distribute the temperature in the working chamber. Easily replaced with new ones in case of failure. If necessary, removal of harmful substances from the chamber and obtaining a high temperature uniformity in the furnace are installed fans.
Heaters are used in high-resistance materials:

  • wire fechral;
  • ​tubular carbide - silicon

Heaters may be placed on all sides of the camera. The number of heaters depends on furnace size.
  
Chamber furnaces are varied in construction, have different design of doors and roll-out bogies for easier loading the product (workpiece), which is heated, in the furnace. Differences in the structure determined by the appointment of the furnace and its character of use. Used as a manually opening of the door or using the electric drive. The control panel is equipped with a microprocessor temperature controller and contactless power switches, and if necessary - chart recorder.
