"Bortek" provides loading and customs clearance for export. If necessary, we carry out supervision of equipment, commissioning and training of personnel on the Customer's territory. 

Provides warranty (12 months) and post-warranty service. We provide technical support, supply of components, upgrade and update of technical characteristics of equipment, as well as major repairs.

Technical description: Industrial electric furnace СНО-6.8.5/13 is designed for heating under forging and stamping of metal products. The electric furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control system based on solid-state contactless relays and a microprocessor-based temperature controller, which sets the temperature, the time to enter the mode and the time it takes to operate (up to 12 steps "heating-shelf"). The thermoregulator has an output to the computer (interface and software are provided) for visualization and archiving of processes, as well as controlling the operation of the furnace from a computer. In the furnace there is a safety automatics, triggered in case of overheating of the furnace or its electronic units, switches off the heaters when the doors are opened. Control panel is located on the left side of the furnace. Heaters are placed on the tubes in the niches of the side and end walls of the furnace and into the. Bottom heaters are covered with ceramic tiles. Lining furnace is made of modern energy-saving materials with low heat capacity and thermal conductivity. The mechanism for lifting the doors is an electric drive with a lock in any position. A tight fit of the doors to the furnace body is ensured. The furnace body mounted air extraction and ventilation holes with plugs for removing, if necessary, possible gas discharge.

The oven can be transported by road.
