Installations "Polum'ya-2"  for water disinfection

All modular electrolysis installations "Polum'ya-2" for the generation of sodium hypochlorite were developed by BORTEK® and made in Ukraine.

Purpose: Production of sodium hypochlorite by electrolysis of sodium chloride solution.
The electrolysis plant is mainly used for water purification and water disinfection systems.
Directions of use:
•  industrial disinfection, antibacterial and sanitary-hygienic treatment;
•  purification and disinfection of drinking water for municipal water supply systems;
•  disinfection of waste water;
•  bleaching of fabrics, wood pulp and other products;
•  dissolution of sanitary deposits;
•  chemical production;

        
•  antibacterial and sanitary-hygienic treatment in medicine;
effective against viruses, bacteria, fungal infections and protozoa;
•  disinfection in the food industry, communal facilities and agriculture;  
     
         
•  chemical production, industrial bleaching; •  disinfection of drinking water, disinfection of public water supply systems               and water supply networks at water treatment stations;  
     
      
•  disinfection of pools and ponds, combating algae and bacteria; •  disinfection of industrial effluents, destruction of animals and plant microorganisms, elimination of odors.

The use of  "Polum'ya-2" electrolysis plants for sodium hypochlorite production can significantly increase the safety, reliability and efficiency of disinfection of natural, circulating and waste water, as well as reduce operating costs in comparison with liquid chlorine, commercial sodium hypochlorite and "membrane" electrolysis.


       
The units are delivered to the Customer in a complete form, do not require special preparation for installation
and are mounted according to the instructions of the passport and operating instructions.

The cost of installation includes the cost of cassettes. One spare cassette is included in the package. The service life of the cassette is 5 years.

Appointment of equipment The unit can be used for chlorination of drinking water, swimming pools, disinfection of water supply networks at water treatment stations, for disinfection of process and waste water, including biologically treated. And also, the obtained sodium hypochlorite can be dosed and stored in a separate container, and then used for disinfection, sterilization and bleaching of various materials and surfaces.

All units are designed by Bortek, Ltd. and manufactured in Ukraine.

Indicated:
1 – gas separator, gas outlet hose connection point;
2 – brine dosing pump; 3 – flow rate rotameter;
4 – valve 1 for adjusting the water flow rate; 5 – valve 2;
6 – connection point for the inlet water pipeline;
7 – electrolyzer, power supply connection terminal from the rectifier unit;
8 – salt solvent, place of salt filling;
9 – fitting for sodium hypochlorite solution outlet;
10 – sampler; 11 – rectifier unit; indication lights: "E" – overheating of the electrolyzer;
"Ж" – overheating of the power supply; "!" – incorrect phasing of the power supply connection; "~" – Availability of power supply;
12 – voltmeter and ammeter; 13 – output terminals; 14 – grounding bolt.
