Electric furnace cementation СШЦМ-6.20/10. Carburising is carried out in a shaft furnace, comprising a refractory muffle from 20H23N18 material. Carburizator - liquid hydrocarbons (kerosene, etc.). Is possible to conduct gas carburizing. Using triethanolamine liquid nitriding can be carried out. Spending on 1m² cemented surface in average for liquid carburizing 0.1 ... 0.12 l/h (kerosene, syntin, pirobenzol, mineral spirits) and 0.35 ... 0.4 m³/h for gas carburizing.
Electric furnace system is equipped with automatic temperature control on the basis of solid-state relays and contactless microprocessor temperature controllers, which set the temperature, heating rate and spent time on regime.
