Carburizing electric furnace СШЦМ-6.6/10 is equipped with automatic temperature control system based on solid-state relays and contactless microprocessor temperature controller, which set the temperature, time to exit on mode and time spend on mode. Can be installed temperature regulator with access to the computer via the supplied interface and software. Control cabinet - remote, standing on the floor, with cable loop 5 m. Heaters are installed on the tubes in the slots of the side walls of the furnace. Circulation fan is installed in the furnace cover. Cover is raised by electric drive and is removed to the side on a rotatable bracket. Carburizing is produced in the pit furnace, comprising a heat resistant steel retort of 8 mm. Carburizator - liquid hydrocarbons (kerosene, syntin, pirobenzol, white spirit, etc.), or carburizing gas (endogas). Pressure of gas in the chamber ≤50 mmAq. Sealing of the muffle cover - blade shutter with the sealing gasket. After loading workpiece, in the muffle supplied carburizer, the exhaust gas is discharged into the upper part of the muffle. Before and after the process of carburizing muffle is purged with nitrogen. Consumption of carburizers per 1m2 on average: 0.35 ... 0.4 m3 / h for gaseous and 0.1 ... 0.12 l / h for liquid carburizer. Excessive pressure measured by manometers. Furnace lined with modern energy-saving materials.  

Set of delivery includes passport and operating instructions on electric furnace and on temperature regulators, one spare heating element, each type, installed in the furnace. Provides warranty (12 months) and post-warranty service.

Delivery conditions. Production time - 40 working days from the date of prepayment 50 %. Acceptance (tests) of the furnace is carried out on the territory of the Contractor in the presence of the Customer. Shipment of furnace is carried out after 100% payment - by self or order the carrier. For transportation of the furnace provides removable design of the cover and rotary furnace bracket. Delivery options of the furnace more detailed discussion with the Customer within 7 days from the date of prepayment (availability of transport, room size, etc.)
