Electric furnace system is equipped with automatic temperature control on the basis of solid-state relays and contactless microprocessor-based temperature controllers, allowing to set the temperature, time, set the temperature and time of exposure cages at the same temperature. Heaters (spiral of superfehral) placed on solid ceramic tubes on side walls of the furnace. The furnace is lined with modern energy-saving refractory and insulating materials, providing a low heat capacity of the furnace and low energy losses. In the furnace there is an opening for emergency drain metal. Suitable silicon carbide crucible.


Delivery complete set: Electric furnace САТ-0,3/10 С (with the crucible), one spare heater, passports and operating instructions on electric furnace and thermostat and temperature regulator.
Delivery conditions: Production time 30 working days after the prepayment of 50% (the production time depends on the availability of the crucible). Acceptance of the finished electric furnace passes on the territory of the Contractor. Shipping: by shipping company or by self after 100% payment. Provides warranty (12 months) and post-warranty service.
