Chamber laboratory electric furnace СНО-5.5.5/4 И1 is equipped with an automatic temperature control on the basis of the power triac and a microprocessor controller, which sets the temperature, sets exit time on the regime and sets the time spent on the regime. Heaters (heating elements sheathed in stainless) are arranged in recesses of the side walls of the furnace and the hearth. Furnace is made in the desktop version and is lined with modern fiber insulating materials. Operating the oven chamber is made of black steel and covered with heat-resistant paint. There are input and output (with a slide gate), holes for the removal of gaseous drying product. On the front wall of the furnace fan were installed to circulate the air in the chamber in the horizontal plane. Single door opens from left - to the right. In furnace installed rails and drawers for the flux under load of 15 kg and a side height of 100 mm. The trays are removed from the furnace manually. Amount, shelves form and loading on them in agreement with Customer.

There is possible to produce continuous electric furnace for drying the flux.

Complete set of delivery includes the furnace passport and operating instructions on electric furnace, thermostat and spare heating element.

Delivery conditions. Production time 20 working days from the date of prepayment 50 %. Shipment of products is carried out after 100% payment. Contractor will provide loading and customs clearance. Customer pays for shipping. Provides warranty (12 months) and post-warranty service.
