Technical description: Tinning bath СВО-2.4.2/4 is designed for melting tin and tin-lead alloys at temperatures up to 400 °C. In the melted half-submerged metal part. A thin layer of solder protects against corrosion and oxidation. The bath for tinning is equipped with an automatic temperature control system based on a solid-state non-contact relay and a microprocessor temperature controller that sets the temperature, the time of temperature set and the holding time at the specified temperature. Remote control panel, desktop, with a cable loop 1.2 m. It is possible to manufacture a bath with integrated control panel. Heaters (heaters in a shell of stainless steel) are placed in the grooves on the outside of the bath. Actually the bath is made of stainless steel, 3.0 mm thick and lined on the outside with modern energy-saving heat-insulating materials. Do not overheat the bath, when using solders, where there is diffusion of metal in the wall of the bath.
