Laboratory tubular furnace СУОЛ-0,4.4/12 with two holes is used in laboratories, in production, in the departments of metrology, department of the chief metallurgist, for testing, analysis, various types of heat treatment, hardening, heating, burning. The working environment of the furnace is air. The tubular furnace СУОЛ-0,4.4/12 constructively consists of a ceramic pipe, a heater (maintaining the temperature), a platinum thermocouple (temperature control), a microprocessor thermostat (electric furnace control).

Delivery complete set: Electric furnace СУОЛ-0,4.4/12, one spare heater of each type, ceramic tube МКРТ of each type, felt, passports and operating instructions on electric furnace, temperature regulator and thermocouple ТПП. 
Delivery conditions: Production time 15 working days after the prepayment of 50%. Acceptance of the finished electric furnace passes on the territory of the Customer. 
Shipping: by shipping company or by self after 100% payment. Delivery options more fully discussed with the Customer from the moment of payment, depending on the availability of transport, etc. Ltd. "Bortek" provides loading and customs clearance for export. If necessary, we carry out supervision of equipment, commissioning and training of personnel on the Customer's territory. 
Provides warranty (12 months) and post-warranty service. We provide technical support, supply of components, upgrade and update of technical characteristics of equipment, as well as major repairs.
 

Furnace settings can be changed in consultation with the Customer.

Technical description: The electric furnace СУОЛ-0,4.4/12 is intended for carrying out various types of heat treatment (annealing, calcining, normalizing, hardening, tempering, etc.) under stationary conditions. The working space is formed by a ceramic tube with an internal diameter of 40 mm. The ends of the tube are closed with removable protective plugs made of refractory material. The temperature sensor is located on the outside of the tube. The furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control system based on solid-state proximity relays and a microprocessor-based temperature controller, which determines the temperature, the time to enter the mode and the time it takes to operate. In the thermoregulator, there is an output to the computer using the interface and software that are included. In the electric furnace there is a safety automaton, which works in case of overheating of the furnace or its electronic units, switches off the heaters when the doors are opened. Remote control operation of the furnace is placed in the lower part of the furnace. The furnace is lined with modern energy-saving fibrous, microporous, fireproof and heat-insulating materials. This provides a quick exit to a given temperature regime and minimizes electricity consumption.
