"Bortek" provides loading and customs clearance for export. If necessary, we carry out supervision of equipment, commissioning and training of personnel on the Customer's territory.

Technical description: Industrial electric furnace СДО-10.30.5/1 И2 with fan is designed for low-temperature processing of various materials and products. The working chamber of the furnace is made of stainless steel. Heaters (heaters in a stainless shell) are located in the niches of the side walls. In the furnace, there are supply and exhaust (with a damper) ventilation holes for removing gas emissions, during heat treatment, and to accelerate the cooling of the furnace (if necessary). Upon agreement with the Customer, the electric furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control system based on solid-state contactless relays and a microprocessor-based temperature controller-programmer that sets the temperature step by step, the temperature set time and the holding time of the workpiece at the specified temperature (up to 12 steps "heating-shelf"). It is possible to install a thermoregulator with an output to a computer for archiving the heat treatment processes. The control cabinet is placed on the side of the furnace. In the electric furnace there is a safety automaton, which works in case of overheating of the furnace or its electronic units, switches off the heaters when the doors are opened. Roll-out of the electric hearth made (mobile mechanism is supplied to the bearings). The electric drive for moving the hearth is installed on the front side of the furnace. The damper of the furnace is combined with the hearth (see photo).

Forced air circulation is carried out in a vertical plane. The air blows the cage from the bottom upwards. To ensure this circulation, the working chamber has a removable frame of 70 mm high made of stainless steel. The upper flat part of the frame has openings for providing blowing of products from the bottom up. Products for heat treatment are installed on the frame. It is possible to produce a furnace with air circulation in the horizontal plane.

The oven can be transported by road.
